Logic Air manufactures complete kits, comprised of electrical and mechanical components and most required consumables, for all of our STC’s. We possess in-house manufacturing capability for the production of kits manufactured to operators’ specifications, often providing better lead times than most OEM’s.

Logic Air also designs and manufactures custom-made wire harness assemblies for its own designs as well as for operators’ commercial aircraft requirements. Our technicians are highly experienced and highly skilled in the fabrication of wire harness assemblies.

Additionally, Logic Air possesses laser wire marking machinery to provide marking services for customer-supplied materials and/or material supplied to operators. Marking specifications include Boeing and Airbus. With state-of-the-art laser identification equipment, we can permanently mark a broad range of wire, cable jacket types and constructions to meet operators’ requirements.
