Manager Production Inventory Control

Corporation Logic Air is presently accepting resumes for a Manager Production Inventory Control. We offer steady work in a Monday to Friday day shift environment. We are located just north of Montreal.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing inventory, determining the minimum and maximum levels of stocks;
  • Creating requisitions for materials;
  • Preparing orders for production;
  • Participating in cyclical accounts;
  • Keeping the store clean and organized;
  • Maintaining and updating required inventory levels for goods, products, and materials;
  • Conducting quality checks on stored inventory to comply with company standards;
  • Processing and documenting returned items;
  • Implementing inventory management procedures and processing invoices;
  • Monitoring inventory losses and implementing loss-prevention programs;
  • Preparing relevant reports for supervisors;
  • Ordering inventory from vendors and suppliers;
  • Performing other related duties.

 

Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum of a high school diploma;
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience;
  • Experience in the aviation field is a requirement;
  • Extensive knowledge of quality control in the spare parts receiving process;
  • Knowledgeable in the shipping of goods and materials;
  • Knowledgeable in the management of hazardous material;
  • Knowledgeable in aeronautical tooling management is an asset;
  • Ability to lift heavy loads of up to 50 pounds;
  • Bilingual, both oral and written;
  • Strong leadership, communication and people management skills are critical;
  • Strong adaptability, organizational skills and attention to detail are critical;
  • Availability for global travel.
